Mattress Warranty: Self-Assessment

We offer a convenient and simple online warranty where you can conduct a self-inspection and upload the pictures onto our website. In order to complete the online warranty you will need the following tools.

• Digital Camera
• Ruler or measuring tape
• Yardstick, broom or a similar long and straight object

Once you have completed the pre-assessment and feel that your bed meets the warranty criteria, give us a call at 1-844-8sleepm and we will set you up online to submit your assessment.If you’ve completed the self-assessment (see below), contact our customer service team and send the details over to support@sleepm.com if you’re in the United States and info@sleepm.com if you’re outside the United States.
