Mattress warranty: self-assessment

We offer a convenient online warranty where you can conduct a self-inspection and upload the photos to our website. To complete it, you’ll want a few things on hand:

A digital camera
A ruler or measuring tape
A yardstick, broom, or a similar long, straight object

Once you’ve completed the pre-assessment and feel your bed meets the warranty criteria, give us a call at 1-844-8SLEEPM and we’ll set you up to submit online. Then send the details to support@sleepm.com (United States) or info@sleepm.com (outside the United States).
